Fits my occasional need for public transportation. I was part of the otca zoom meeting and got 10 free all day passes so that's awesome and they don't expire. Anyways I got off topic. The app is pretty simple to use, it uses Google maps to identify your location helping with the bus route so that's always a plus. Can you up to date times stuff like that one buses arrive and how often they frequently just like Google maps under the bus logo.

Pay close attention to the OS version and check what you have. If your OS is out of date you WILL have the problems in the negative reviews. I have an older phone and the app is always crashing. It takes forever to load. It just isnt worth the hassle for me. I have to close the app, turn on data [not optional even if tickets are stored locally] reopen it and load up my ticket 5 minutes before boarding, which isnt the easiest thing to anticipate. Do this too soon and it will crash before you scan

With the previous version, I twice accidentally used two day passes in one day. Boo. This version keeps that from happening with a confirmation pop up. So, that's an improvement. However, in every other way this version is inferior. No matter what phone I use, the app is slow and buggy, taking minutes to load which means I'm often awkwardly standing, waiting for the screen to appear, and it has also charged for more passes then I wanted. It's lightning quick to get to checkout though, of course.
